Who We Are?
Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience for millions of customers by making commerce faster, simpler, and more reliable. Our marketplace business plays a critical role in expanding selection, improving customer choice, and enabling sellers of all sizes to grow through Coupang’s platform. We are looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact programs across Coupang’s Marketplace Selling Partner APIs. This role will work closely with large sellers, ERP integrators, product managers, engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders to scale marketplace selection while improving catalog quality and completeness.
Role Overview
As a Senior Staff TPM, you will drive strategic programs that help large sellers and ERP integration partners connect to Coupang more effectively through APIs. Your primary focus will be increasing marketplace selection and improving the quality of product catalog data, including reducing missing or incomplete catalog attributes.
You will own complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, translating business goals into technical programs and ensuring that sellers, integrators, and internal teams have the capabilities, documentation, tooling, and operational processes needed to succeed.
