About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture for enterprise‑grade applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and industry best practices.
- Architect and champion cloud‑native, microservices‑based solutions, selecting appropriate services, patterns, and deployment models.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available systems, providing mentorship and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to establish governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement processes.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, tooling, and frameworks that enhance productivity and system resilience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on architecture and design.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of design patterns, scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams and mentoring senior engineers.
