Lead the design of next‑generation AI SoCs for datacenters, integrating advanced security, reliability, and virtualization features while driving performance and power efficiency for AI workloads.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate SoC designs for high‑performance AI accelerators in datacenter environments.
- Integrate security, reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS) features into the SoC roadmap.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to define interface specifications and performance targets.
- Lead technical reviews, design trade‑offs, and risk assessments for AI‑centric workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SoC architecture, with a focus on AI or machine learning accelerators.
- Deep knowledge of security, RAS, and virtualization concepts in data‑center silicon.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog/VHDL) and design tools (Synopsys, Cadence).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence architecture decisions at the enterprise level.
- Experience with performance modeling, power analysis, and silicon validation.
