Position Summary:
GEICO is standing up a focused, high-impact engineering team to transform how work gets done across the enterprise. This team is building agentic AI systems and intelligent automation that integrate directly with collaboration and productivity tools such as Outlook, Slack, and Zoom to reduce manual effort, accelerate execution, and improve the associate experience at scale.
This is a Hybrid position 2x a week onsite at the locations that are currently listed
Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to serve as a lead builder on this team , responsible for designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems that power these experiences. You will play a critical role in translating architecture into execution—building the platforms, services, and integrations that enable AI-driven workflows across GEICO.
Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will:
Experience building, integrating, or extending solutions across enterprise collaboration platforms such as Slack, Outlook, Zoom, SharePoint, and Copilot , with a focus on enabling scalable automation and AI-driven workflows within real-world systems
