About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions that integrate product, platform, and operational systems to enhance customer support workflows.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in evaluating current processes, identifying friction points, and defining a future‑state vision that aligns with business goals.
- Design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and automation using Python, Node.js, and AWS services to streamline operations and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, create roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration across the ecosystem.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice guidance to junior architects and developers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on customer support or service operations.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying cloud solutions on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and RDS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js, with experience building RESTful APIs and data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
