About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize WiFi and mobile connectivity solutions for large commercial properties and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals, conduct ROI analyses, and present solutions to prospects and stakeholders.
- Lead on‑site deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide post‑deployment support, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of managed services.
- Document architecture, best practices, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in WiFi network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of RF principles, wireless standards (802.11ac/ax), and enterprise mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling sales narratives and proposals.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with managed services platforms and network monitoring tools.
