Senior Solutions Architect driving enterprise adoption of Databricks’ unified analytics platform, leveraging Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow to architect scalable data pipelines and ML workflows across cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and design sessions with enterprise customers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure data solutions on Databricks.
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines using Spark, Delta Lake, and SQL, ensuring performance, reliability, and governance.
- Integrate machine learning workflows with MLflow, guiding customers on model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine solution roadmaps and deliver proof‑of‑concepts.
- Provide hands‑on guidance and best‑practice workshops for customer data teams on cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Databricks tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or solutions architecture with a strong focus on big data technologies.
- Deep expertise in Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Runtime.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, and SQL for data processing and analytics.
- Hands‑on experience designing cloud‑native data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
