About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions for agency clients using Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Lead technical workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase platform capabilities.
- Provide hands‑on guidance to client engineering teams on best practices for cloud architecture, security, and performance tuning.
- Drive adoption of machine learning and data science workflows within client environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and real‑time streaming concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence technical decisions.
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams in a client‑facing role.
