About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee AI‑First Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring AI agents produce high‑quality code, configuration, and test artifacts.
- Provide architectural direction and context engineering for AI‑generated solutions, aligning them with business objectives.
- Implement human‑in‑the‑loop governance, reviewing and validating AI outputs to maintain reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑generated components into production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers on AI‑first practices and best coding standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and AI‑driven development workflows.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable architectures for AI‑generated code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
