About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Lead automation efforts using Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python, integrating TestNG or Cucumber frameworks for BDD.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define quality metrics, review requirements, and troubleshoot defects.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support automated test execution and continuous delivery.
- Mentor junior QA staff, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
