About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and rapid prototyping of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS, delivering functional demos within days.
- Collaborate with customers to translate complex business problems into scalable AI architectures, leveraging large language models and multi‑agent frameworks.
- Build full‑stack prototypes using Python, Node.js, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions).
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on best practices for AI experimentation, model deployment, and performance optimization.
- Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development with a strong focus on generative and autonomous agent technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with hands‑on experience building and deploying models on AWS.
- Deep understanding of large language models, multi‑agent systems, and related AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and shipping production‑ready AI solutions.
