About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate analytical programs in SAS and R to process large real‑world healthcare datasets.
- Build and implement statistical and machine‑learning models to generate insights for drug development and post‑marketing studies.
- Create reproducible data pipelines, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
- Produce clear visualizations and technical reports to communicate findings to cross‑functional scientific teams.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and clinicians to ensure analytical approaches meet regulatory and scientific standards.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAS programming and R (including packages such as tidyverse, caret, and mlr).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, survival analysis, and machine‑learning techniques applied to real‑world evidence.
- Experience handling large, complex healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, registries) and performing data quality assessments.
- Ability to translate analytical results into actionable insights and present them to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Graduate degree (MSc/PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
