As a Sr Product Quality Engineer, you will lead product quality engineering efforts to ensure high-quality products meet customer needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality engineering strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality engineering strategies to ensure high-quality products meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and program management, to drive process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor junior quality engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical background in software development, including experience with Python, Node.js, and Agile Methodologies.
- Experience with Machine Learning and AWS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
