About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features that maximize customer value and business impact.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to translate user stories into actionable tasks.
- Conduct market and competitive research, gathering customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to iterate and improve product performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record delivering successful products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing without authority.
- Experience with UX design principles and user research techniques is a plus.
