About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI‑powered automation and case‑management migration from legacy Salesforce to a modern, cloud‑native platform.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and HR stakeholders to design, prototype, and launch features that streamline reporting, triage, investigation, and resolution workflows.
- Prioritize backlog items using data‑driven insights, customer feedback, and business impact, ensuring alignment with broader HR Experience Technology strategy.
- Drive cross‑functional agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination to meet delivery milestones and quality standards.
- Measure product success through key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, technology‑focused solutions, preferably in HR, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation frameworks, with hands‑on experience integrating these technologies into user‑facing products.
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS) and modern software development practices, including CI/CD, microservices, and API‑first design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience migrating legacy systems (e.g., Salesforce) to scalable, cloud‑native architectures is highly desirable.
