Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and system integration for high‑security defense platforms, ensuring compliance with national security standards.
- Develop and enforce engineering processes, best practices, and technical standards across multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern cloud and embedded environments, leveraging AWS and other cloud services.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct design reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture for complex, secure systems.
- Proven track record in embedded systems, cybersecurity, and cloud integration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
