Sr Principal Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist

As a Sr Principal Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist, you will lead complex supply chain subcontracting activities, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing subcontracting strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractor performance. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontracting activities with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement subcontracting strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subcontracting activities with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain subcontracting metrics and reports to track performance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, subcontracting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful subcontracting strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
