About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Lead design workshops and technical reviews for ITSM modules, including Now Assist, to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and provide expert guidance on platform capabilities.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize application performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with deep expertise in ITSM and Now Assist modules.
- Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise‑wide ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
