Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the development of high‑performance gyroscope and inertial navigation solutions, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace and defense standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, simulation, and validation of MEMS sensor arrays and sensor‑fusion algorithms.
• Drive continuous improvement of precision motion control products through advanced modeling, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Collaborate with research, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate technical concepts into manufacturable, reliable components.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in inertial navigation, gyroscope technology, or related precision motion control fields.
• Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB for algorithm development and system simulation.
• Deep understanding of MEMS sensor design, fabrication, and integration.
• Strong background in sensor fusion, Kalman filtering, and real‑time embedded systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
