The Sr Principal Engineer Systems Test will lead the development and execution of test plans, identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure system reliability and performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies, identify and prioritize test requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies, identify and prioritize test requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure testability and testability of system components.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and test teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems test engineering, with a focus on software and systems development.
- Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong understanding of software and systems development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and Appium.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
