About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and architecture of complex electronics systems for classified aerospace missions.
- Drive innovation in RF and signal processing, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with stringent security standards.
- Oversee cross‑functional teams, mentoring engineers and coordinating with software, mechanical, and systems integration groups.
- Develop and enforce rigorous test plans, validation procedures, and documentation to meet Top Secret clearance requirements.
- Collaborate with program managers to define technical requirements, schedule milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high‑security electronics design, with a strong background in RF, signal processing, and embedded systems.
- Proven leadership in managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of aerospace standards, test & validation methodologies, and secure system development.
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
