About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end‑to‑end data science projects that uncover insights and enable predictive storytelling across content, distribution, and monetization.
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines on AWS, leveraging Spark, Redshift, and SageMaker to process terabytes of structured and unstructured data.
- Mentor and coach a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation and rigorous model validation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Champion best practices in model governance, reproducibility, and ethical AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with 5+ years in a senior or principal role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience building production‑grade ML pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, EMR, Redshift).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, causal inference, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
