Software Engineer
Lead advanced automation and control solutions for high‑volume manufacturing, driving system integration, performance optimization, and reliability across PLC, SCADA, and industrial Ethernet platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end automation and control systems for large‑scale production lines.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, implementing, and validating PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, throughput, and safety compliance.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT to integrate industrial Ethernet and DCS technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automation and control engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent) and SCADA/HMI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus).
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
