About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑3 support for complex IAM issues across AWS, Azure AD, and on‑prem solutions, ensuring rapid resolution for premium customers.
- Diagnose and resolve authentication, authorization, and federation problems involving SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and PowerShell to streamline ticket handling and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to identify and remediate recurring issues and improve product stability.
- Document solutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM support or related security engineering roles.
- Deep expertise with AWS IAM, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, and related identity protocols.
- Proficient in scripting with Python and PowerShell for automation and data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer‑first mindset and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
