The Impact you will have:
A practicing-level individual contributor on the Workplace Transformation team who assists clients in the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level. The Engineer, Low-Code guides clients on employing Power Platform tools — Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder, Azure AI — to solve business needs, develops enterprise-grade solutions following best practices, and participates in the full client delivery lifecycle from discovery through deployment. Nominally a co-driver on any engagement.
This role contributes to both commercial and government enterprise clients, helping them improve business results through modernization of processes, applications, and approaches to real-world business problems. Receives mentorship and coaching from senior engineers and architects, and participates actively in Agile delivery activities.
This role reports to a Sr Engineer, Low-Code, Supervisor, AI and Apps, or Manager, AI and Apps.
What you'll do:
Guide clients on different ways to employ Microsoft Power Platform to solve current business needs while positioning them for future solutions
Develop solutions using Canvas Applications, Model-Driven Applications, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder that follow best practices and ensure effective, maintainable outcomes
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
Participate actively in discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development, and pre-sales sessions
