About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end integration of HRIS, Workday, and Salesforce systems, ensuring data integrity and real‑time synchronization.
- Design and develop custom API connectors using Python and RESTful services to automate onboarding, offboarding, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (People Ops, IT, Finance) to define integration requirements and map business processes.
- Implement data governance, security protocols, and compliance standards across all integrated platforms.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people technology integration and HRIS implementation.
- Proficient in API design, Python scripting, and data mapping.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
