The Senior Payments Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of complex payment solutions designed to support government customers and evolving digital payment needs. This role will own key product features across multiple payment channels, including online, POS, IVR, and electronic check solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, customer workflows, compliance requirements, and agile product delivery. Working closely with engineering, UX, compliance, sales, and operational teams, this professional will translate customer needs into scalable product experiences. Accountabilities:

The Senior Payments Product Manager will own the lifecycle of assigned payment products and features, from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and continuous improvement. This role will serve as the voice of government customers, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, regulatory expectations, and user needs.

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and delivery strategy for government payment capabilities across digital channels, including online, POS, IVR, and electronic check processing.
• Translate customer, merchant, and internal stakeholder requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through release by partnering with engineering, UX, analytics, compliance, and operational teams.
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, and feature investments based on customer impact, regulatory requirements, business value, and technical considerations.
• Maintain an effective product backlog aligned with agile delivery practices, sprint objectives, and long-term product strategy.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyze usage data, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of government payment workflows, merchant services, and secure payment processing requirements.
• Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure solutions align with PCI standards, regulatory obligations, and security requirements.
• Support go-to-market activities by defining product positioning, customer value propositions, launch plans, and internal enablement materials.
