Sr Mechanical Engineer - Electronics Packaging

As a Sr Mechanical Engineer – Electronics Packaging, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronics packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering, electronics packaging, and CAD software to drive product development and improvement. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative electronics packaging solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
• Utilize finite element analysis and computer-aided design (CAD) software to optimize packaging designs and improve product performance.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support product development and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, electronics packaging, or related field.
• Strong expertise in finite element analysis and computer-aided design (CAD) software, including SolidWorks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to drive innovation and improvement in electronics packaging.
