About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team to develop and execute product intelligence strategies that inform menu, pricing, and marketing decisions across multiple brands.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with franchisee partners, marketing, and operations to translate business questions into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Champion data governance, quality, and security practices while ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear, business‑impact narratives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related fields within a fast‑paced consumer or retail environment.
- Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering high‑impact insights that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers at all levels.
- Experience with data governance, privacy compliance, and working with large, distributed data sets.
