Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Engineering Excellence Lead to be based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is on a hybrid work schedule which requires (3) days a week on site.

The Engineering Excellence Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of lean strategies and continuous improvement methodologies across the Contact Lens & Surgical Vison engineering organizations. This role focuses on enhancing engineering processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the delivery of efficiency programs. The Engineering Excellence Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement that supports the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of lean strategies and continuous improvement methodologies across Vison engineering organizations.
• Leadership of the Engineering Excellence Team in transforming ideas into actionable steps to accelerate productive change across Vision.
• Facilitation of the monthly Process Technology Leadership Team & quarterly Innovation Pipeline Review business review processes
• Lead and deliver lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and standardize work.
• Analyze current processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
