About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on B2B platform features for referral, relationship, and outcome management.
- Own the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals.
- Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud operations on AWS.

Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native platforms using Python, Node.js, and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating machine‑learning models into production systems.
