About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of logistics and business systems professionals to deliver integrated delivery solutions across the organization.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve business systems that support end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Drive data‑driven decision making by developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including supply chain, IT, finance, and customer service—to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage project timelines.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for system upgrades, integrations, and process changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or business systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex system implementations and process improvements in a large, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
