About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines that automate pharmacy workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
- Implement robust data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training workflows using Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Ensure model quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement through automated testing, version control, and performance dashboards.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems in a healthcare or high‑volume operations environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud‑native ML tools (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Strong background in data engineering, feature pipelines, and model deployment at scale.
- Experience with model monitoring, A/B testing, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting.
