About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team to design, build, and ship a NextGen orchestration platform that integrates AI for fraud detection.
- Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment with product vision and security standards.
- Write, review, and refactor production‑grade Java code, applying best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Architect and implement AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions) to support high‑throughput, low‑latency fraud workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile framework.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java and cloud‑native architecture.
- Deep expertise in AWS services and serverless design patterns.
- Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML techniques to fraud detection or related domains.
- Proven leadership in mentoring teams, managing technical debt, and delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
