Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot on AWS EKS.
- Design and maintain data persistence layers with Oracle and Amazon Aurora RDS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Mentor and coach development teams, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience deploying and managing applications on AWS EKS (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly Oracle and Amazon Aurora RDS.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑performing engineering teams.
