Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS).
- Deep understanding of responsible AI, bias mitigation, and model explainability.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
