About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR and Workforce Compensation modules for mid‑large scale clients.
- Analyze business requirements, design solution architectures, and configure Oracle Fusion Compensation to align with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline HR workflows, improve data integrity, and enhance system functionality.
- Develop and enforce best practices, documentation, and governance standards for HCM deployments.

Requirements
