About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secret management architectures using HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk Conjur.
- Collaborate with security architects to integrate IAM solutions into the broader security framework.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of secrets across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams on best practices for secure identity and access management.
- Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and incident response related to secret management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM and secret management with hands‑on expertise in HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk Conjur.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access control, and security automation.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
