About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand data & AI challenges and design scalable, production‑ready solutions on the Databricks platform.
- Own the full architecture lifecycle—conceptual design, implementation, testing, and deployment—across data engineering, machine learning, and application layers.
- Integrate client systems, provide hands‑on training, and deliver technical guidance to maximize customer value and adoption.
- Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and developer relations to shape long‑term strategic initiatives and feature roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud solution architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, and Databricks notebooks.
- Strong background in SQL, data modeling, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions in a consulting or customer‑facing role.
