Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in failure analysis, root‑cause investigation, and test plan development for complex systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Knowledge of fuel cell stack architecture and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
