About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Java to ensure high‑quality releases.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and monitor execution results for continuous improvement.
- Lead exploratory testing and performance assessments, providing actionable insights to enhance product reliability.
- Mentor junior QA staff, fostering best practices in test design, code reviews, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
