Sr. Engineer - Infrastructure Services N 4B - Genpact

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and ensure consistent, reproducible deployments.
• Collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate large‑scale models and agentic AI workloads into the production environment, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to provide end‑to‑end observability and proactive incident response.
• Lead capacity planning, cost optimization, and disaster recovery strategies for mission‑critical services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Proficient in Kubernetes cluster management, Terraform IaC, Docker containerization, and Python scripting.
• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, network architecture, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment, and a passion for continuous learning.
