As a Senior Engineer, Data, SMAI at Micron, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and efficient data systems and applications.
- Work with data governance and security teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and AWS.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
