As a Senior Engineer, ASIC DFT at Micron, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex digital circuits and systems, focusing on ASIC DFT (Design for Testability) principles and methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the required quality and reliability standards. Your expertise in digital design, verification, and test development will be crucial in driving the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex digital circuits and systems, focusing on ASIC DFT principles and methodologies.

- Develop and maintain testbenches, test programs, and test plans for digital circuits and systems.
- Work with the design team to ensure that designs are testable and meet the required testability standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for designs, testbenches, and test programs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital design, verification, and test development.
- Strong expertise in digital design languages such as Verilog and VHDL.
- Experience with RTL design and synthesis tools such as Synopsys VCS and Cadence Genus.
- Experience with test development tools such as Cadence JTAG and Mentor Tessent.
