About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for drug substance manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to GMP and GxP standards.
- Lead validation activities for automated equipment, network infrastructures, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries to monitor process performance and generate compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, driving continuous improvement.
- Document validation plans, test procedures, and results in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and validation principles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
