Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems that deliver real‑time, personalized banking experiences using advanced machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning on scalable cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build end‑to‑end agentic AI pipelines that integrate reinforcement learning, NLP, and deep learning models for real‑time customer interactions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Design and maintain distributed training and inference infrastructure on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, SageMaker, and GPU clusters.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI across the organization.
- Mentor and lead a high‑performing AI engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying large‑scale, production‑grade models.
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and reinforcement learning libraries.
- Strong background in NLP, sequence modeling, and agentic system design.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, EKS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
