Lead the design and execution of integrated total rewards and HR technology strategies, driving data‑driven decision making and cloud‑based HRIS solutions to support a global workforce.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud‑based HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, analytics, and compensation tools).
- Partner with finance, legal, and business leaders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective communication of rewards programs.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting, and process automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, vendor relationships, and budget for HR technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, total rewards, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS systems, compensation design, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
