Sr. Director, Technical Program Management Associate Experience Tech

As a Sr. Director, Technical Program Management, you will lead technical programs that drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for defining program vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as overseeing program execution, budget, and resource allocation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving innovation and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business outcomes
• Oversee program execution, budget, and resource allocation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate complex technical and business environments
