About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for identity and AI security solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Lead and mentor engineering, security, and operations teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact projects using Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
- Establish and maintain industry‑leading security standards, threat modeling, and risk mitigation processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record in delivering large‑scale identity or AI security platforms.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps toolchains.
- Strong understanding of identity management, authentication protocols, and AI security challenges.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
