Lead a high‑impact engineering team that partners with global strategic accounts—cloud, AI, and data‑center operators—to deliver integrated UPS, enclosure, and infrastructure solutions, driving growth and customer success.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team focused on strategic customer engagements.
- Design and present technical solutions for UPS systems, rack‑line enclosures, rack PDUs, serial console management, and KVM to large cloud and AI infrastructure clients.
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Accounts to align product positioning and deployment strategies across rack, row, pod, and full‑site deployments.
- Drive technical adoption and integration of infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer operations and engineering teams.
- Represent the business unit in executive discussions, providing deep technical insights and influencing product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer‑facing engineering roles within data‑center or cloud infrastructure sectors.
- Deep technical expertise in UPS systems, rack enclosures, rack PDUs, serial console management, and KVM technologies.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex technical engagements with enterprise and cloud service providers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for driving growth through innovative infrastructure solutions.
